I’ve always said no to anything cosmetic (me? I’ll never need that) and certainly no needles. But I’m really noticing the face wrinkles now and well - lets say after 2 kids and too much chocolate my bum is really not up to a bikini any more. So when I had the chance to have the Caci facial and Endermologie treatments I had to give them a go. Well I was impressed! I had a Caci Non Surgical facelift. To simply lie down for a facial in the knowledge (having read the brochures) that this was actually going to give some results was really quite relaxing but I was a little sceptical if it would make any difference after just one session. But yes- you could see the results! And 3 girlfriends who came with me to learn about the treatments agreed that they too could see the difference. Rachel did half my face first so I could compare and see the effect. I have quite a few wrinkles around my eyes and brow that I am conscious of and they were really reduced. You could see the effect but I could also feel the effect too. My skin felt firmer and this was after just one session! So I am a bit of a convert and confident that a few treatments will make me look a little younger-and no Botox anywhere near! I highly recommend it.

I had an Endermologie treatment on my bum. I really noticed the cellulite appearing last year and did not feel great about getting in to a swimming costume and I ruled a bikini totally out. I was quite surprised how good this treatment felt-I was not quite sure what to expect. The machine Rachel uses looks like a robot but it really works your bum firmly but really gently -it’s comfortable and it’s an area of my body no amount of my walking or the odd short run ever has an effect on so it’s quite an experience ! To lie there and feel your bum having a work out is great! My jeans actually felt a bit looser after just one session and like the CaCi facial I had, its the feeling that you are getting a real noticeable benefit that is different from the traditional facials I have and anything I’ve tried. But for me I’m keen to go for more sessions towards the summer cos Im pretty confident now I could get into a new swimming costume (and I might even chance a bikini!). I was impressed. Thanks Rachel!
